Located on a private peninsula adjoining Creswell Bay, find Shearwater Scenic Villas. An easy 10 minute drive to the centre of town, this property offers the perfect sanctuary for your Norfolk Island holiday. When staying at Shearwater enjoy stunning ocean views towards World Heritage Kingston and Emily & Slaughter Bays, as well as the lush pine tree landscape.
There are six spacious, self-contained villas that can cater to guests 10 year or older. Each villa is standalone and offers complete privacy. The One and Two Bedroom Villas enjoy large windows to soak in the incredible views. The Two Bedrooms have a two bathrooms. The ‘Front Row’ is the magnificent three bedroom villa complete with its own private swimming pool and prime position close to the ocean and cliffs.

Terms & Conditions
Prices are a guide only, subject to change and availability, and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct as of 21 May 2024, and are valid for travel until 31 March 2025 unless otherwise specified. Please check all prices, availability, fees, conditions and information with your travel agent before booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable $250 deposit plus any applicable airfare is required upon booking
Final Payment: Final payment is due prior to departure as advised by your travel agent. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account. If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, a 1.5% credit card fee will apply.
Changes & Amendments: Changes can be made up to 48 hours (notification business days only) prior to departure at a change fee of $200 per person plus any applicable upgrade fees, subject to availability.
Cancellation: Airfare is subject to availability and non-refundable after issue. Accommodation cancellation penalties apply within 90 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of travel, up to 100% cancellation fees may apply.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against some unforeseen cancellations.
