Sunday 24th: 1pm B.C. Excavations Professional Knock out
Monday 25th: Round 1 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm
Tuesday 26th: Round 2 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm Professional & Amateur Calcutta – 6:30pm
Wednesday 27th: Round 3 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm
Thursday 28th: Round 4 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm.
Final Round Party Night and Entertainment following daily presentation
Friday 29th: Presentation Dinner at 6pm

Accommodation Options
Hibiscus Regal Apartments: Included in your holiday package is 7 or 9 nights at Hibiscus Regal, twin share. Set in a sub-tropical garden and close to town, these 8 self-contained apartments are value for money.
Daydreamer Apartments: Upgrade to a one bedroom self-contained apartments with an open plan kitchen, and dining and living rooms. The property is set in a protected landscaped garden area just a few minutes’ walk to the centre of town.
Governor's Lodge: Upgrade to a private one-bedroom cabin. This resort-style property located a short two-minute drive, or within easy walking distance to Burnt Pine township. The property has 55 individual one-bedroom cabins set among 12 acres of landscaped subtropical gardens. There are three dining venues, a pool, heated spa and a guest laundry on site.

Terms and Conditions
Prices are a guide only, subject to change and availability, and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct as of 3 March 2025. Please check all prices, availability, fees, conditions and information with your travel agent before booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking: Flights + $250 per person.
Final Payment: Final payment is due: 19 May 2025. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account. If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, please add 1.5% to the total cost of your holiday package.
Changes & Amendments: Changes can be made up to 48 hours (notification business days only) prior to departure at a change fee of $200 per person plus any applicable upgrade fees, subject to availability.
Cancellation: Airfare is subject to availability and non-refundable after issue. Accommodation cancellation penalties apply within 90 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of travel, up to 100% cancellation fees may apply.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against some unforeseen cancellations.
