Saturday 23rd: Welcome and Registration Evening
Sunday 24th: 1pm B.C. Excavations Professional Knock out
Monday 25th: Round 1 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm
Tuesday 26th: Round 2 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm Professional & Amateur Calcutta – 6:30pm
Wednesday 27th: Round 3 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm
Thursday 28th: Round 4 of tournament followed by daily presentation at 6pm.
Final Round Party Night and Entertainment following daily presentation
Friday 29th: Presentation Dinner at 6pm

Accommodation Options
Hibiscus Regal Apartments: Included in your holiday package is 7 or 9 nights at Hibiscus Regal, twin share. Set in a sub-tropical garden and close to town, these 8 self-contained apartments are value for money.
Crest Apartments: from an additional $200 per person, twin share. A short drive to the golf club, these comfortable 1 bedroom apartments are fully self contained.
Governor's Lodge: Upgrade to a private 1 Bedroom Cabin from an additional $400 (Brisbane) or $500 (Sydney) per person, twin share. Close to town, set amongst subtropical gardens with resort-style facilities including 3 dining venues and a pool.

Terms and Conditions
Prices are a guide only, subject to change and availability, and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct as of 16 September 2024. Please check all prices, availability, fees, conditions and information with your travel agent before booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking: $250 per person if booking prior to 21 October 2024; or $1000 per person after this date. Airfare may be required at time of booking to commit to Qantas booking terms and conditions.
Final Payment: Final payment is due: 16 May 2025. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account. If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, please add 1.5% to the total cost of your holiday package.
Changes & Amendments:Â Changes can be made up to 48 hours (notification business days only) prior to departure at a change fee of $200 per person plus any applicable upgrade fees, subject to availability.
Cancellation:Â Airfare is subject to availability and non-refundable after issue. Accommodation cancellation penalties apply within 90 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of travel, up to 100% cancellation fees may apply.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against some unforeseen cancellations.
