Located in the prestigious Buck's Point area, this presidential, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom hillside ocean view spa villa is for your exclusive indulgence - no other guests or neighbours. Enjoy absolute luxury and total privacy with breath-taking 180 degree panoramic ocean views from all rooms and massive wrap-around verandahs. Heavenly fluffy cotton topped king beds, enormous private master bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and parents retreat, three outdoor entertainment areas, and more. Prices are a guide only, subject to change and availability, and are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct as of 11 Dec 2024, and are valid for sale until 31 Dec 2025 unless otherwise specified. Surcharge applies for travel 20 Dec 22 to 10 Jan 26. Flights from Brisbane and Sydney are direct on selected days of the week, departures from other cities may require an overnight stay in Brisbane or Sydney and this is not included in the advertised price. Please check all prices, availability, fees, conditions and information with your travel agent before booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable $250 deposit plus any applicable airfare is required upon booking
Final Payment: Final payment is due prior to departure as advised by your travel agent. Payment can be made by personal or bank cheques or by direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account. If you would prefer to pay by Visa or Mastercard, a 1.5% credit card fee will apply.
Changes & Amendments: Changes can be made up to 48 hours (notification business days only) prior to departure at a change fee of $200 per person plus any applicable upgrade fees, subject to availability.
Cancellation: Airfare is subject to availability and non-refundable after issue. Accommodation cancellation penalties apply within 90 days prior to travel. Within 60 days of travel, up to 100% cancellation fees may apply.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you against some unforeseen cancellations.
